Terms of service.
Booking Confirmation: To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event for a full deposit refund. For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the event, a 50% refund of the deposit will be provided. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. This policy ensures that we can manage our scheduling and resources efficiently while providing fair compensation for opportunities that may have been declined due to the booking.
Setup and Teardown: Please ensure that access to the venue is available at least 1 hour before the event for setup and 30 mins. after the event for teardown.
Sound Checks: A sound check may be required prior to the event start time, depending on the services contracted.
Meal Provision for Artists at Longer Events: For events that last four hours or longer, we kindly request that a meal be provided for each DJ or artist performing.
Parking Requirements: Please ensure that a parking space is available for the DJ close to the venue entrance. This is required for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of equipment. If parking is not available, please notify us in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.
Rate and Scheduling Disclaimer: Please be aware that our DJs have a rate of 150 AUD per hour for any time extended beyond the initially agreed-upon duration of the event, charges will be applied in 30-minute increments. This billing structure is designed to maintain fairness in compensating our DJs for their time and ensures availability without scheduling conflicts.
